Which is it, Wall Street? When the House failed to pass the bailout bill on Monday, the Dow dropped nearly 800 points. Today, as the House was preparing to vote and all signs pointed to passage, the Dow was up around 300 points. But as soon as it passed, the Dow started dropping again and ended up closing down 157 points.
WTF?
