Wow. After saying not long ago that we can't seem to make up any ground on the T-Bay D-Rays, we find ourselves half a game out of first after beating them tonight, 3-0. The Sarah Palin effect? I'm thinking yes. Go ahead...prove me wrong.
Whether we pull it off and take the AL East or satisfy ourselves with the wild card, I think we'll ultimately end up facing the Angels for the league title, and they positively pwn3d us all year. Ick.
As for the Evil Empire...Bwa-ha-ha-ha!! I knew they were stupid for dumping Joe Torre. If Terry Francona wasn't such a shit-hot manager, I'd love to see him in Boston.
