Expatica reports that a recent poll of 5,000 Europeans shows that 85% of French citizens believe their country is heading in the wrong direction. The poll, originally published in Financial Times, also showed that Europeans believe the United States to be the biggest threat to global security, ahead of Iran, China, Iraq, Russia and North Korea. (The Financial Times piece on the poll leaves out the part about America as global playground bully.)
I guess the Europeans have capability and malicious intent confused.
