Another setback for Chavez

Garcia appears to be describing his margin of victory over
commie candidate Ollanta Humala

Poor Hugo. What's a commie tinpot dictator to do when he's trying to build a South American commie conglomerate, but neighboring countries keep voting against his comrades?

Just days after Colombian voters kept a commie from taking the presidency there, Peru follows suit, and elects Alan Garcia president, keeping comrade Ollanta Humala in retirement for the foreseeable future.

The opening words of the Peruvian national anthem are Somos libre, meaning "We are free". Peru may have their share of problems, but at least Chavez-style Marxism won't be one of them.
