Is the guy in the foreground cold, or does he just hate Jews?

The picture above was taken from news.com.au and was shot during a moonbat convergence at a G-20 summit meeting in Melbourne, Australia. Whenever you have moonbats protesting, uh, whatever it is they protest at a G-20 summit, you'll see someone wearing a Palestinian kaffiyeh.
