Dar ul-Islam* codified in France

I saw this post over at Atlas Shrugs. We've all heard about the "no-go" zones in France dominated by Muslims and basically unsafe for non-Muslims, including law enforcement. In my naivety, I'd assumed these were a handful of urban areas. Turns out there are around 750 of them. So many of them, in fact, that the French government has a web page listing each one, with links to maps in PDF form to display the boundaries.

The French call them Zones Urbaines Sensibles, or ZUS for short. This apparently translates to "sensitive urban zones".

* Dar ul-Islam: Literally, house of Islam, or land ruled by Islam. Opposite is Dar ul-Harb, or house of war. That'd be us.
