Of all the possibles on Barack Obama's short list of running mates, he went and picked Greasy Joe Biden. While I love Exurban League's "Smug & Plugs" moniker, I can think of a couple others that fit. Smug & Smarmy and Smug & Smugger come to mind.
As my brother said, "...he has labored mightily, and brought forth a mouse."
