"Miss me yet?"

A friend e-mailed me this pic, which got me thinking...how many George Bush detractors - whether they'd admit to it or not - do actually miss the Bush years, if not the man himself?

I'll bet it's more than we think.

LOL its funny how those who pay little attention to what actually goes on seem to hate Bush.... but then they asked 10,000 people in NYC how they felt about Obama's running mate Sarah Palin and 27% said she is great LOL ..... geesh how sad it all really is when you have people making decisions but not taking the time to pay attention .... History will prove Bush did just fine.... and all you Our Biggest American Mistake Awaits (Obama if you did not get the acronym) will be crying when a pound of beef costs you 10 dollars cause this joker has not stopped printing money yet ... and another major misconception about Bush ... NO PEOPLE HE DID NOT START THE REAL ESTATE CRASH ... Your lovely Please let me help anyone cause I am a democrat and do not want people to take responsibility for themselves Bill Clinton started that mess ... Bush actually sent someone on 4 yes that is 1,2,3,4 separate occasions to congress to say this mortgage process is a nightmare and needs to end or it is gonna come crashing down ... and your Democratic Congress said ... no no its fine all is well ... yeh it was just fine wasnt it ... WAKE UP PEOPLE ... PAY ATTENTION

I voted for Obama cause I didn't want things to get worse than they were at the time of the elections. Obama spoke as if he was going to make things better. What a mistake I made. Obama went from bad to worse. He needs to get out of that office. He clearly does not have a clue. He's still campaigning. I don't want to hear another sound coming from his mouth. ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS MR. PRESIDENT!!!

There is no other reasonable way to interpret that sign other than it is a slam on Obama. For Republicans it is obvious. We miss Bush's decisive action and strong leadership on national security w/out bowing to mayors and leaders of other countries and trying to curry the favor of the Eurotrash liberals. For disgruntled liberals, they didn't like things under Bush, but they realize that Obama has made the economy and our security even worse. It's called voter's remorse. Trying to spin and dance around the obvious to make that sign about how bad Bush was is ridic.

The post from January 27th got it right....check it out. Bush (and McCain for that matter) tried to get congress to do something about the Mortgage crises on more than a few times but the Dems in congress said no...Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are just fine....This mess we are in rests squarely in the laps of the democrats!
