Iran Holocaust conference watch

The conference on the World War II Holocaust arranged by Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (who wants Israel wiped off the map) begins this Monday.

Ahmadinejad hopes the conference will call into question what is established, historical fact. Some death toll figures from the Holocaust:

• 6 million Jews (about half of them Poles)
  
• 1.8 –1.9 million non-Jewish Poles
• 200,000–800,000 Roma & Sinti (Gypsies)
• 200,000–300,000 people with disabilities
• 80,000–200,000 Freemasons
• 100,000 communists
• 10,000–25,000 homosexual men
• 2,500-5,000 Jehovah's Witnesses

And yet, the "realists" of the Iraq Studies Group seem to think we need to engage Iran in "constructive dialog".
